Sandra Keatley always had a special place in her heart for animals, but when she began raising her beloved Galloway cattle she knew it was more than just a passing fancy. "Not many people know about Galloways, but it's a very old breed that's unique in so many ways." The fact that the breed has long hair, no horns, and appears in a wide range of colors just adds to their attraction. Sandra currently raises Belted Galloways which are a solid color with a striking white stripe around their middle. The farm is also home to a few White Galloways which are fluffy white cattle with distinctive ear and nose markings.

"Galloways are my passion, but the trick was to find a way to be able to keep them financially. While the cows typically help pay their way through the sale of breeding stock and a very small locker beef operation, there had to be more money to pay for a farm and a program promoting responsibly raised beef and Galloways. The idea of "Beltie Brew" was born!". After two years of exhaustive sampling, Sandra's friends and family were starting to look a little fearful when she offered them a cup of coffee because it was uaually a taste test. "When we finally found what we were searching for, it was obvious."

No reference to "Beltie Brew" is complete without Sandra's continuing gratitude to the supporters who make it all possible. "I can't thank everyone enough for helping us get our start and for purchasing our coffees. Friends, family, and our customers are the ones who are truly making this dream come true."
