"Beltie Brew" is a blend of three carefully selected beans that creates a wonderful cup of gourmet coffee. With the Belties on the label, it is easily recognized at the small shop "Focus Art & Frame" in Castle Rock where it all began. In the fall of 2010, "Beltie Brew de-calf" was introduced. With the same attention to detail as the original blend and the use of Swiss Water Processing, a flavorful decaffeinated coffee is now available with the signature Galloway on the package. "This time we used a white calf for the front label; it's only fair that they get equal time in the limelight."
